Our Mission
At the Royal Palace, we strive to empower and inspire young girls in Milwaukee to embrace their self-worth, build lasting confidence, and believe in their unique potential through engaging, themed workshops rooted in social-emotional learning.
We envision a city where every girl feels like royalty not because of a crown, but because of the confidence she carries within her.
Who We Are
Founded in 2020 by Sandra Taylor, a lifelong caregiver with more than 20 years of experience in the social assistance industry, our organization was created from a deep passion for helping young women rise above life’s challenges. Sandra believes deeply in the power of exposure, that when young girls are introduced to self-love, beauty, and self-care, they begin to see themselves and their potential in new ways. Through curated programs, workshops, and real-world experiences, we help young women embrace their worth and develop the mindset to thrive.
Rooted in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, we exist to build confidence, self-esteem, and purpose in young women through mentorship, empowerment, and positive exposure.
Why Milwaukee public schools (MPS)
Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS), as the state’s largest school district, is a critical partner in shaping the futures of thousands of young students in Milwaukee. The four-year graduation rate for MPS is currently around 62–69%, well below the statewide average of over 90% for Wisconsin. These numbers highlight the need for early, intentional support that reaches girls long before they reach high school.
By connecting with young women early, we have the opportunity to show them their self-worth, their power, and the unlimited possibilities of their future. At this stage, confidence and identity are still forming, and with the right guidance, we can help them see themselves not as products of circumstance, but as creators of their own success stories.
Our partnership with MPS is not just timely, it is essential. Early mentorship and empowerment can redirect entire paths, reduce academic disengagement, and build the self-belief that fuels lifelong achievement. When young girls begin to understand their value and potential, they step into the world differently. Stepping with purpose, pride, and a vision for who they can become.
